I can’t see or hear the presenter during a session. What should I do?
- If you are not able to see or hear the presenter in a virtual meeting, click the refresh icon on your browser.
- Check and adjust your speaker volume levels, as needed in your computer settings and on the physical audio device.
- Ensure you are using the latest version of one of the following browser
- Windows or Mac : Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- IOS - Safari
- Android - Google Chrome
- If the issue persists visit ensure the correct audio output is selected on your device.
