Sharing assets

Assets may be shared by presenters with director controls.

These may include Audio, Video, PDF, Image, or other media files hosted on different websites. Assets are loaded by the event team prior to the event.

1. In order to access assets click the asset button from the left side navigation panel of your meeting room.
2. A second panel will open titled "Shareable assets" to the right of the meeting room screen. Here you will be able to view any uploaded asset available. Select the asset you would like to share and then the play button below the asset to share with your audience.
