I can’t see the speaker / the session screen is black

When in a session if the audio or video of the presenter cannot be viewed it can be a technical issue or a timing issue. Please make sure the timeslot if correct and the video stream has begun.

• Ensure you are on a recommended web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Clear the cache of the browser and refresh the page
• Test your internet speed for connection issues
