Clearing browser data and cache

One of the fastest ways to resolve video, audio, login and, streaming issues on the  is to clear your browser data and cache. This will allow you to clear out any history or settings in the browser that may be causing you intermittent issues. Complete the steps below based on your browser and refresh the event webpage.


In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More 
  3. Click More tools 
  4. Clear browsing data.
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  6. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  7. Click Clear data.

In Safari

  1. In the top navigation bar click history > clear history
  2. When asked for the time range select All Time

In Firefox

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. For more information about managing site data, see Manage local site storage settings.
  6. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  7. Close the about: preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
